RETURNS POLICY LOKOA

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.  If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return in back to us with 14 days from your delivery date.

If you would like to exchange for a different size or item, please place a new order.  We don’t offer manual exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER LOCAL PICKUPS OR MANUAL EXCHANGES FROM OUR DISPATCH CENTRE

We offer refunds + store credits only subject to the following conditions:

 

RETURNING CONDITION

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. We ask that the garment is retuned in the same condition as it was received folded for your return to be accepted. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you and not accepted.

 

FULL PRICE ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at FULL PRICE or with PRE ORDER status are eligible for a refund when returned to us within (14) days of your delivery date.  We will accept returns for refund only with the WELCOMELOKOA code that has been used in order only. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of any shipping from your initial order or the cost of your return sent to us.

No other discount codes used at checkout are eligible for a refund. 

 

PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS

Items that are full priced and are discounted during a promotional sale using ANY DISCOUNT CODE applied at checkout are eligible for a STORE CREDIT only. NO REFUNDS are given to any items purchased with a discount code.  Note, we do not refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Online store credits are valid for (12) months from date of issue.  We do not offer refunds on any SALE items purchased with a discount code online unless deemed faulty.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All products marked down with ‘SALE’ have a strict no returns policy unless the item is deemed as faulty.  If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge and not accepted.

 

FAULTY RETURNS

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing.  So we are able to best assist you, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to hello@lokoa.com.au

If something you have ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair.  If your garment is deemed to have a major fault, you will have the option of a replacement, refund or store credit.

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Please email hello@lokoa.com.au stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return. We will respond with further information regarding your returns process.

 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received to our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return items and if your return has been approved or rejected.  If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, in the case of a refund we will automatically refund to your original method of payment for your order.
