How do I return my order?

To lodge a return, click the button below and follow the steps within the return portal. You must lodge your return within 14 days from receiving your delivery.

We do not refund or credit the cost of shipping or return parcels. We do not offer local pickups or any exchanges from our dispatch centre.

Once your return is received, we will inspect your return within 5 days. If you are approved, then your refund/store credit will be processed immediately via the original method of payment for your order.

EXCHANGES

How do I Exchange my order?

We don’t offer manual exchanges.

If you would like to exchange for a different size or item:

1. Process your return via our Loop portal
2. Place an order for your new piece you would like
3. Once your return is received, we will inspect your return within 5 days. If you are approved, then your refund/store credit will be processed immediately via the original method of payment for your order.

RETURNS POLICY

Lokoa does not offer refunds on any items purchased on sale or purchased with any promo code (excluding WELCOMELOKOA)

Refunds are eligible for full price items only or items deemed faulty by manufacturing.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange for a different size or item, please place a new order. We don’t offer manual exchanges.

Online Credit Notes are issued for items purchased with a PROMO CODE only and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving from your delivery date.

RETURNING CONDITION

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

We ask that the garment is retuned in the same condition as it was received neatly folded for your return to be accepted. If garment is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you and not accepted.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All products marked down with ‘SALE’ have a strict no returns policy unless the item is deemed as faulty. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge and not accepted.

FAULTY RETURNS

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing.

So we are able to best assist you, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to hello@lokoa.com.au

If something you have ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault, you will have the option of a replacement, refund or store credit.
