All online orders are sent via Australia Post with standard Pre-Paid 500G – 5KG satchels with tracking number unless otherwise stated. Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and we ask that you refer to the Australia Post website for shipping timeframe estimations.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the address the order is to be shipped to. All domestic orders over $250 AUD receive free shipping.
Our team can provide tracking numbers upon request for goods sent from Lokoa HQ so that you may track your purchase using Australia Post’s dedicated tracking tool which can be found here: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
Lokoa uses the shipping address entered at checkout; to avoid delays please ensure your details are correct at the time of purchase. If you need to urgently change your shipping address, please email our team at email@example.com with the correct details.

If order is received same day and express shipping is selected, in most cases orders will go out same day or no later than the following business day should it be received by 230pm AEDT. If order is received on a day other than the shipping day it will be sent the next available shipping day.
